Return Condition:

You have 90 days from the date you purchased your item to request a return.

Items must be unopened, in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and include proof of purchase.
Return Process:

If your return request is approved, items must be sent back within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Once we receive the return, it will be inspected, and we’ll notify you about your refund status. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable as they are charged directly by the shipping provider. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a 5% restocking fee applies to cover third-party transaction costs, such as credit card or PayPal processing fees.

- Clearance, sale, discounted, or charity items
- Subscriptions, memberships, digital downloads, or gift cards
- Face masks, hats, socks, shoes, underwear, lingerie, or swimwear
- Items purchased for one-time use, such as costumes, uniforms, holiday outfits, or event-specific attire
- Returns based on changed mind, no longer wanting the item, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, including softness, texture, color, brightness, contrast, fit preference, or differences between on-screen appearance and real life.
- Bundles, sets, bulk orders, wholesale, high-value, or limited-edition items, including orders over 5 units, purchases over $200, or items intended for resale, corporate use, or promotional events
- Items marked "Return to Sender" or sent back without a return request
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items:
